Job Description:

  1. Edit and produce short dramas, promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing materials for the company’s Short Drama App and Novel App.
  2. Work with scripts and raw footage to create compelling video content, including timeline editing, pacing control, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver high-conversion ad creatives, social media videos, and H5 promotional assets.
  4. Continuously refine video editing styles and storytelling methods to improve user engagement and viewing experience.
  5. Support content publishing by preparing and adapting video materials for timely release across platforms.
  6. Research industry trends and platform best practices (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) to produce user-preferred video content.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience in video editing, preferably with short dramas, short videos, or commercial ads.
  3. Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
  4. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, sound, and color grading, with the ability to deliver polished final cuts independently.
  5. Basic motion graphics and visual effects skills, including titles, animations, and transitions.
  6. Strong communication skills and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback from product and operations teams.
  7. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  8. Familiarity with the Filipino market or local cultural trends is a strong plus.
