Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential customers via phone to promote the company’s online gaming platform and related services.
• Develop new player acquisition and reactivate old players using company-provided customer resources and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, fostering loyalty and engagement.
• Achieve sales targets and provide feedback for improvement based on market demand.
• Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Language skills: Fluency in Tagalog and English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience: Proven telemarketing experience is required. Experience in online gaming or a call center environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: A passion for sales, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented: Strong learning agility, the ability to quickly learn new knowledge, and a drive to achieve high earnings.
