Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Planning
- Team Building & Leadership: Form, manage, and guide a content production team, providing direction and mentorship to team members.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop production strategies, annual and monthly work plans, and project schedules.
- Goal Setting & Execution: Establish clear objectives and ensure the team meets performance and production targets.
Content Production & Execution
- Quality Control: Define and enforce production quality standards; supervise all stages from concept to final output.
- Process & Standardization: Develop and implement workflow systems, production procedures, and operational standards.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Monitor project timelines, allocate budget efficiently, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production materials comply with PAGCOR and ASC approval processes, balancing creative expression and brand integrity with full regulatory compliance.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication
- Internal & External Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, cross-department teams, and external vendors, partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Cross-Brand Communication: Coordinate with the sister brands within the same group to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and monthly project report to the management and address challenges proactively.
Performance Optimization
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of content post-launch, collect and analyze performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine content strategies, production workflows, and team processes based on insights.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production (such as TVC, digital content etc.).
- At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in a creative or production team.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, resource management, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Experience working across media, entertainment, or advertising industries preferred.
