Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment for studio shoots, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Support the production team during LIVE STREAMING, ensuring all necessary equipment is functioning properly and request the technical team to troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Aid in the organization and preparation of props, sets, and other materials needed for production
- Assist with talent coordination, including ensuring hosts are ready to go live and ensuring that changes are executed smoothly
- Assist in pre and post-production tasks, such as file management, securing permits, and quality control checks
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the studio space, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, communicating any potential delays or challenges to supervisors promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in studio production techniques and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
- Previous experience in a studio production or similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or vocational training in media production is a plus
