Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial report
- Reviews accounting entries on accounts payable voucher
- Encodes the month end closing entries (prepayment, accruals, etc.)
- Performs review and reconciliation of accounts
- Assists Finance team members in addressing Microsoft Navision problems
- Prepares worksheets, financial statement and management reports including balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Handles ad hoc projects
- Communicates with external auditors during interim & annual audit report
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- 1 – 2 years experience on reporting section
- Thorough knowledge in accounting standards and guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adept in communicating effectively with people across all levels
- MS Office, Microsoft Navision, other operating systems & accounting software
