Job Requirements:

Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years Experience as Customer Service Team Leader is a must.
  • Preferably with background in BPO or Gaming Industry is an advantage.
  • Preferably with Voice, Chat and Email Experience.
  • Good tenurity is a plus.
Require skills/abilities:
  • Willing and able to work onsite and on Shifting Schedule.
  • Experienced in handling Voice, Chat and Email Line of Business.
  • Has deep understanding of Contact Center or Call Centers – Customer Service.
  • Highly Motivated leader that believes in Coaching and Develop his or her team members to achieve exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong Communication skills both Written and Verbal on both English and Tagalog Language.
  • Ability to identify process improvements to achieve daily operational efficiency.
