Main Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Documentation:
- Prepare and manage employee records, contracts, memorandums, and HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR databases, HRIS, and personnel files.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure HR procedures are followed and continuously improved.
- Assist in coordinating training schedules, meetings, and HR-related events.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and account/access setup.
- Coordinate exit processes, including resignation acknowledgment and clearance procedures.
- Work with IT and Admin to retrieve company assets and deactivate system access.
- Maintain applicant tracking logs and recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources or any related courses
- Proficient in MS Office application and HR systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 yr experience in the same field
