Job Summary:

To support the design, documentation, and implementation of standardized processes and policies across the organization, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment of established standards with operational needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop process flowcharts, SOPs, and policy documents that are clear and concise.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather data and inputs required for process design and documentation.
  • Assist in conducting cascade of policies and procedures that will be implemented.
  • Participate in regular reviews of implemented processes and suggest improvements as necessary.
  • Handle various standardization projects and initiatives as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process design and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex processes in a simplified manner.
  • Proficiency in process mapping software and documentation tools (e.g., Visio).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of related degree course (Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, etc.).
  • Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or related roles.ยท
  • Experience gained from any franchise retail store and/or multi branched operations.
  • Experience in startup environments or during initial setup phases.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities & critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
