Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall gameplay, system framework, balancing, and level design of overseas creative PVP mini-games.
- Develop and continuously iterate creative gameplay solutions based on market research and user feedback.
- Write comprehensive design documentation, including gameplay, UI flow, levels, balancing, and live operations/events.
- Coordinate cross-department efforts with engineering, art, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee the pacing of core gameplay and overall player experience, ensuring alignment with target market aesthetics and habits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of game design experience, with at least one launched PVP title fully developed from concept to release.
- Experience with, or strong familiarity with, at least one card/board game (casino or traditional).
- Deep understanding of mainstream gameplay trends and monetization models in overseas markets (IAP, ads, season passes, etc.).
- Proficient in both system design and numerical balancing, capable of independently delivering well-balanced, highly playable solutions.
- Strong creativity and documentation skills; able to read and write in English for professional use.
- Prior experience in rapid prototyping and user testing is a plus.
