Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensive User Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of users—from acquisition, onboarding, and activation to retention, reactivation, and churn prevention—within an online gaming/gambling environment. Develop tailored strategies to optimize user engagement, conversion, and lifetime value in a competitive, fast-paced market.
- Growth Strategy & Membership System Development: Design and execute data-driven user growth strategies aligned with business goals. Build and enhance tiered membership systems and VIP programs, driving personalized engagement and maximizing monetization opportunities.
- User Behavior Analysis & Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of user data, betting patterns, game preferences, and churn triggers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as player activity, wagering frequency, deposit rates, and retention to inform continuous strategy refinement.
- Product & Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and marketing teams to develop user-centric features, promotions, and campaigns that encourage deposits, gameplay frequency, and long-term loyalty. Lead lifecycle campaigns including welcome offers, win-back promotions, and exclusive VIP events.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Ensure all user operations align with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices. Identify and address potential risk behaviors through operational interventions.
- Performance Optimization & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics and BI tools to track campaign performance and user trends. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance user conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Event & Incentive Planning: Design and manage engaging events, tournaments, and loyalty programs to drive user participation and competitive engagement within the platform.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in user operations, growth management, or CRM within the online gaming, gambling, or related digital entertainment sectors.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection, user segmentation, cohort analysis, and KPI tracking. Ability to translate data insights into actionable operational plans.
- Operational Excellence: Expertise in lifecycle management strategies tailored to gaming/gambling user behavior. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and player engagement platforms.
- Product & Campaign Execution: Proven ability to independently design, plan, and execute user engagement campaigns and VIP programs that drive activity and revenue growth.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance, responsible gaming policies, and risk management related to online gambling platforms.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
