Job Summary
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and overall treasury operations of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. This role ensures that the company maintains optimal financial stability by managing funds, mitigating financial risks, and supporting strategic investment decisions. The Treasury Manager plays a key role in financial planning, compliance, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Oversee treasury operations including bank account management, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement strategies for cash management, investments, and financing.
- Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements (including PAGCOR compliance where applicable).
- Assess and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit.
- Provide treasury reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the Finance Director/CFO in capital planning, fundraising, and investment strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop treasury staff to enhance efficiency and professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
- With at least 5-10 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking (preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry).
- Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), ERP, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
