Atty. Kristine Margaret R. De Los Reyes is the Compliance Officer and Head of the Legal & Compliance Department of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. A seasoned corporate legal expert, Atty. De Los Reyes began her distinguished career as an Associate Lawyer at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRA)—one of the Philippines’ biggest and most prestigious law firms.

Before joining DigiPlus Interactive Corp., she held several high-level executive positions, including Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President for Legal and Compliance at Fortunegate Holdings Philippines, Inc., Millennium Pan-Asia Hotel and Resort Inc., and Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation. In these roles, she played a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance with PAGCOR and other governing bodies. She also served as Assistant Vice President and Director for Legal Special Projects and Contracts at Newport World Resorts.
