Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (DigiPlus Interactive Corporation) is moving forward and up.
Last January 14, 2011 the signing of the Operating Agreement for the Belle Grande Project was held at the Mall of Asia. This occasion signifies the formal undertaking of DigiPlus Interactive Corporation through its newest subsidiary AB Leisure Global, Inc., Belle Corporation and Premium Leisure & Amusement Inc. to construct and operate the Belle Grande, Manila Bay.
Belle Grande Casino and Resort will cover a total area of 60,000 sqm. The first phase of construction will target to finish a casino, two seven storey hotels that will house 210 rooms. The two level Casino Area will occupy more than 20,000 sqm and contain 300 gaming tables, 1600 slot machines and 70 suites for players, retail stores and food and beverage outlets.
The soft opening of the first phase is scheduled to be on March 2012.
The second phase of the Belle Grande will feature the construction of theme parks, and entertainment area and four more hotels which will be twelve-storeys each.
AB Global will be the operator of the Casino and hotel and shall be in charge of the interior furnishing and finishing of the whole complex. The interior works will commence from August to September. Meanwhile, the construction of the edifices is ongoing.
