Job Overview
The Project Engineer Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all engineering-related projects of Digiplus. This role ensures that all technical requirements, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Project Engineer Manager leads the engineering team, collaborates with cross-functional departments, and ensures smooth end-to-end project execution for all digital, technical, and infrastructure-related initiatives.
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for the management of outsourced contractors in implanting all approved plans and budgets at sites.
- His/her role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning through execution and completion, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and review engineering designs and systems.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and engineering software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital infrastructure, construction, facilities, or technical solutions projects.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
