Job Description:
- As a team assistant, support the daily operation of the entire business.
- Connect with HR/Finance/Admin/Assets, follow up onboarding, reimbursement, equipment, contracts and other processes; • Organize and assist department activities, team building, holiday small activities, create a positive and harmonious team culture atmosphere.
- Organize and archive department and project files (documents, forms, version records, etc.).
- Assist in expense reimbursement, travel arrangements, and simple data/file organization.
- Complete other related tasks arranged by superiors (such as meeting arrangements, meeting notes, simple communication translation, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
- Filipino priority, can use Chinese (can communicate) + English + Philippines language for basic communication.
- College degree or above, experience in administration/operations/assistant is preferred.
- Has a sunny and outgoing personality, loves playing games, recognizes and is willing to maintain team culture.
- Good communication and coordination skills, attentive and reliable, with a sense of service and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in basic working software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong sense of responsibility, good execution ability, able to adapt to a certain intensity of work rhythm
