Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and office support to the department
• Assist in scheduling, document preparation, and data management
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English for internal and external coordination
• Manage reports, presentations, and office correspondence
• Ensure smooth workflow and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
