Mr. Ping Chen brings over 22 years of distinguished experience across investment banking, corporate finance, strategic investments, and executive leadership at publicly listed companies across Asia and globally. Mr. Chen is a seasoned corporate leader and dealmaker with proven track records of driving transformational growth, executing high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, and building international platforms for listed companies. Prior to joining DigiPlus, Mr. Chen served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of a publicly listed and one of largest technology and services conglomerates in Asia. Before that, Mr. Chen spent two decades at the global investment banks in Hong Kong and London, with a decade at Moelis & Company as Senior Managing Director, and a decade across Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Chen holds a Master of Philosophy in Financial Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management Studies from Imperial College London, where he graduated at top of 1st Class.
