DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (DigiPlus), the country’s premier digital entertainment provider behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, has named finance veteran Mr. Ping Chen as its new President during the Board of Directors’ Organizational Meeting following its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Concurrently elected as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chen will assume both executive and board responsibilities, effective immediately.
Mr. Chen is succeeding Mr. Andy Tsui, who has stepped down after over four years of service as President and Director at the Company.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Chen served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Executive Committee member of one of Asia’s largest publicly listed technology and services conglomerates. Before that, he spent two decades in global investment banking in Hong Kong and London, as Senior Managing Director at Moelis & Company, and in Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Chen brings over 22 years of distinguished experience spanning the technology industry, investment banking, corporate finance, strategic investments, and executive leadership across publicly listed companies in Asia and global markets. He is a seasoned corporate leader and dealmaker with a strong track record in driving transformational growth, executing complex mergers and acquisitions, and building international platforms for listed organizations.

Mr. Chen holds a Master of Philosophy in Financial Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management Studies from Imperial College London, where he graduated at the top of the 1st Class.
