Paul Joseph M. Garcia

Mr. Paul Joseph “PJ” M. Garcia was elected Independent Director of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. effective January 1, 2026. He is the Managing Partner of Grow Capital Partners, a Philippine-based boutique investment management advisory company focused on providing financial advisory services and investment management solutions in both financial and real estate investments for institutional investors, multi-family offices, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

Currently, Mr. Garcia is part of the Board of Trustees of University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He is also an independent director of GPay PH (GrabPay)—a fintech subsidiary of Grab Philippines Inc., and RL Fund Management, Inc. He is also a member of the faculty of Asian Institute of Management-Washington Sycip Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Garcia was the CEO of Leechiu Management, Inc., the investment advisory subsidiary of Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc., a financial and investment management advisory firm that specialized in real estate. He was also the Senior Vice President—Head of Institutional Business of BPI’s Asset Management and Trust Group. Mr. Garcia was also the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of ING Investment Management (Philippines) where he oversaw its business development and overall investment process and strategy.

Mr. Garcia has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Economics from University of Asia and the Pacific. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree Major in Economics from San Beda University.
