Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit digital content, including copy, videos, and graphics, aligned with key campaigns, product initiatives, and trending topics.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, social posts, and promotional materials.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design simple graphics, infographics, and visual assets that enhance storytelling and improve content performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop content strategies that increase engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
- Monitor digital content performance using analytics tools and apply insights to improve future content.
- Quickly adapt content to capitalize on relevant digital trends, cultural moments, or real-time opportunities.
- Support cross-functional teams with content needs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience producing digital content for brands, agencies, or media organizations.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, concise, audience-focused content.
- Experience editing short-form video and developing simple graphics for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital trends, and content best practices.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly Preferred: A genuine passion for sports and strong awareness of sports culture, leagues, and major events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling or publishing tools.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Familiarity with AI content or design tools.
- Understanding of audience development, community engagement strategies, and digital growth tactics.
