Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the technical equipment and systems in the studio, including cameras, lighting, sound recording, and editing equipment.
- Setting up and operating technical equipment for live broadcasts or recordings.
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during production and finding quick solutions to minimize downtime.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for technical equipment to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Training and supervising technical staff, including camera operators, sound engineers, and editors.
- Collaborating with production teams to understand their technical requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, protocols, and regulations regarding technical equipment and operations.
- Continuously researching new technologies and techniques to improve the studio’s technical capabilities.
- Managing and maintaining inventory of technical equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and repair.
- Assisting in budgeting and procurement of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Studio
- At least College Level or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background in studio operations
- Experience with various technical equipment and systems
- They should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage
