Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing DigiPlus Interactive Corp’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on developing engaging content, driving online community growth, and supporting marketing campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand identity and digital reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Create, schedule, and publish content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the Creatives, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and visuals with brand identity.
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and events by producing social media materials and live coverage when necessary.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- With at least 1-2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
