Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Promotion Compliance
- Review and revise marketing promotions to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit promotion materials for approval to the relevant authorities.
- Policy Monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes of the policies.
- Ensure company policies are aligned with current regulations.
- Platform and System Compliance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor the platform and systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate necessary adjustments to align with regulatory standards.
- Game Application and Integration Compliance
- Collect and review all required documentation related to game rewards and applications.
- Submit compiled documents to the designated departments for review and approval.
- Reporting
- Prepare and provide legal documentation as required.
- Draft and issue official correspondence for the Legal Department to finalize the official letter.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate with no experience is mandated;
- Exhibits exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to learn quickly and take responsibility;
- Proficient in using various office software essential for daily operations and reporting;
- Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in English, Tagalog, and Chinese, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
