Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers via phone to promote the company’s online gaming platform and related services.
- Develop new player acquisition and reactivate old players using company-provided customer resources and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, fostering loyalty and engagement.
- Achieve sales targets and provide feedback for improvement based on market demand.
- Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Language skills: Fluency in Tagalog and English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience: Proven telemarketing experience is required. Experience in online gaming or a call center environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: A passion for sales, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented: Strong learning agility, the ability to quickly learn new knowledge, and a drive to achieve high earnings.
