- Understand and follow platform safety and compliance policies; quickly identify and resolve account restrictions, bans, or other issues.
- Monitor competitors, learn from their strengths, and provide actionable insights.
- Work to improve account ranking, visibility, and influence across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the team, maintain clear and regular reporting, and contribute ideas for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other major social media accounts, with a record of delivering results.
- Skilled in content creation and video editing for social media.
- Strong awareness of trends and viral topics, with the ability to create relevant and engaging content.
- Passion for social interaction and community management.
- Familiar with platform rules and risk management, able to troubleshoot and respond to account bans or restrictions.
- Analytical and creative, with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
