Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company accounts on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Plan and create engaging content, including short videos, graphics, and copywriting.
  • Track and analyze platform trends to adapt strategies in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain active online communities and groups, driving user engagement.
  • Understand and follow platform safety and compliance policies; quickly identify and resolve account restrictions, bans, or other issues.
  • Monitor competitors, learn from their strengths, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work to improve account ranking, visibility, and influence across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the team, maintain clear and regular reporting, and contribute ideas for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other major social media accounts, with a record of delivering results.
  • Skilled in content creation and video editing for social media.
  • Strong awareness of trends and viral topics, with the ability to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Passion for social interaction and community management.
  • Familiar with platform rules and risk management, able to troubleshoot and respond to account bans or restrictions.
  • Analytical and creative, with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
