Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager role involves strategizing, creating, and implementing social media campaigns across platforms to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive growth. Responsibilities may include content creation, scheduling, community management, analytics monitoring, and staying updated on trends to optimize performance. Expertise in various platforms and analytics tools, strong communication skills, and a creative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Engage with followers and communities to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Support social media advertising efforts by assisting with ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
