Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deeply understand local game mechanics and features, identifying opportunities to driveplayer spending through targeted marketing campaigns and in – game events.
- Optimize revenue metrics by designing and implementing engagement strategies thatalign with player behavior and preferences.
- Analyze game performance data (e.g., retention, conversion, ARPU) to identify bottlenecks or underperforming areas.
- Propose actionable solutions to improve user experience and monetization effectiveness
- Develop a classification system for player groups (e.g., paying users, potential spenders,active players) based on game behavior and spending patterns.
- Create tailored strategies for each segment to enhance engagement, retention, andlifetime value.
Qualifications
- College diploma or above.
- Upright character, meticulous and earnest work attitude, strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with games and passionate about the gaming industry
- Proficient in basic computer operations and network knowledge.
- Skilled in using office software such as Excel and Word.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of game genre (e.g., board games, puzzle games,strategy games – specify as needed).
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent service orientation and team spirit.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in game analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase)
- Experience with A/B testing and player segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with mobile/PC game monetization models (IAP, ads, subscriptions)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross – functionally
