Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage staff schedules and allocate resources to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve performance and efficiency
- Ensure that the branch complies with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and exceptional service in line with the company’s standards
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to the relevant authorities as needed
- Continuously monitor customer feedback, interpret results and take action to improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds the branch’s sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to develop new products and services that meet customer’s needs
- Build customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor the branch’s financial performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability and control costs
- Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring that expenditure is within budget limits
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify root causes of any variances from budget
- Recruit, train, coach and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills to perform their roles effectively
- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any gaps.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff to be engaged and productive
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity of operation or similar field, 3 years of which is in a supervisory or managerial position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or Accounting
- Attention to Details
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Strong Organizational skills
- Unquestionable Integrity
- Business and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge in Hiring, training, coaching & performance management skills
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong leadership skills and personality
