Job Description:

1. Reconciliation
   1. Perform monthly reconciliation between game provider invoices, game provider BO reports and internal BO reports.
   2. Identify discrepancies between provider data and internal data, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions.
   3. Maintain detailed reconciliation records and ensure timely approvals of the payment request of provider invoices.
2. Invoice Management
   1. Review and validate invoices from game providers and aggregators.
   2. Ensure provider billing aligns with commercial terms (revenue share, campaign fees, etc.).
   3. Submit payment requests and coordinate payment scheduling with the Payment team.
3. Reconciliation SOP Improvement
   1. Document workflows and maintain up-to-date reconciliation procedures.
4. Game Certification & Testing Coordination
   1. Manage the GameLab certification process for all self-developed games in line with PAGCOR request, ensuring timely submission, testing, and payment.
   2. Maintain a centralized database of all certificates, test reports.

Requirements:

1. Experience in B2B or whitelabel companies in i-gaming industry.(experience in B2B Account Management/CS is a plus)
2. Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex and rapidly changing environment.
