Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring successful deal closure, and overseeing project execution from A-Z. This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, relationship management, and project management skills to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Understand client business goals and align solutions to meet their needs.

Deal Management

  • Lead end-to-end deal processes — from proposal creation, negotiation, and agreement finalization to implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, ops, marketing, tech) to ensure all deliverables and commitments are met before deal closure.
  • Track and follow through on all pending approvals, documentation, and sign-offs to guarantee timely deal completion.

Project Management

  • Manage the execution of partnership and integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or issues throughout project implementation.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor performance of partner accounts and prepare regular reports on deal progress, revenue impact, and project status.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnerships and improve future deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or project management (preferably in fintech, digital, or technology sectors). {优秀毕业生也可以}
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English
