Mr. Carlos Pio Feliciano is a distinguished leader and customer advocate with nearly 25 years of extensive experience in customer care, customer experience, department and site management, operations, and service delivery across various industries.

Atty. Carol V. Padilla serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary. Previously, Atty. Padilla was the Assistant Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs of Millennium Pan-Asia Hotel and Resort Inc.
