Job Summary
The DSP specialist is responsible for end-to-end management of partner networks; from sourcing, daily performance management, fraud tracking, creative management, performance analysis and reporting.
- Source and onboard potential partners
- Negotiate pricing depending on partners performance and scalability
- DSP oCPx budget management and optimization
- Optimize and make recommendations for effective campaigns and drive performance
- Work closely with internal teams on product development., fraud tracking to improve performance
- Responsible for timely banner update and effectiveness of BingoPlus Ads via DSPs by ensuring CTAs are always present
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize performance of all DSP partners to deliver targets
- Support ad quality control and troubleshooting tasks across portfolio of sites and apps
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to set-up pricing and inventory packages
- Proactively monitor partner activity for performance and delivery
- Responsible for daily reporting and in-depth analysis into campaign performance, ensuring revenue from all advertising impressions are maximized
- Generate actionable recommendations around partners proposition by providing insights, guidance and recommendations on effective campaign performance and new FD opportunities
- Provide detailed analysis, daily, weekly reporting on spend, performance and possible fraud – ensure these are correctly tracked and presented
- Conduct weekly deep dives into performance with actionable outcomes
- Contribute to the evolution of performance marketing strategy with A/B testing and analysis
- Work with internal creative and branding teams to ensure all advertising banners are up to date and following e-gaming advertising guidelines
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of direct relevant work experience in online marketing, bid management, online campaign management/optimization
- Familiarity with advertising technologies on the buy-side of the online ad landscape including survey, data collection, verification, behavioral targeting, cookie matching and exchanges
- Analytics expertise and strong background in digital analytics/and or audience data management
- Experience in planning and managing large budget splits across multiple strategies and publishers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business Administration
Good to have:
- Work experience in Digital/programmatic buying utilizing DSPs
